Our House.

 

 A house with a terrace and 2 bedrooms close to a sandy beach. Between sea, ponds and pine forests ....

welcome to Frontignan-plage.

Ideal for up to 4/5 people, the house is about 45 m2 and located 30 meters from the beach in a quiet residence, cradled by the sound of the waves.

The accommodation offers an outdoor area including a large shaded terrace leading  to the living room and fully equiped kitchen.

Upstairs is a well lit sea view bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower . On the mezzanine level there is a second bedroom with 3 single beds.

The duvets, bedspreads and pillows, of good quality, are available. However, you must bring your own bath and bed linen aswell as towels and bath mats.The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and two closets.

The house allows a quiet stay while being 5 minutes walk from many shops open mostly in season (restaurants, bars, supermarket, wine cellar, bakery, tobacco, souvenirs).

THE BEACH


This natural coastline allows lovers of the sea and relaxation, to dream, eyes on the horizon, between blue sky, sea and ponds, delicately rocked by the gentle sound of the waves.

The preserved beaches of Frontignan-plage are also a perfect area for walks, to the beach of Aresquiers. Dogs even on a leash, are prohibited on all beaches of the town 24/7 from May 1 to September 30 inclusive.

Three privileged accesses allow people with reduced mobility to enjoy the pleasures of the beach and swimming.



The Blue Flag floats on the beaches and the marina!

The criteria used to benefit from this label are: bathing water of "excellent quality" (which corresponds to five controls per season), a drinking water point, bins on the beach, selective collection of at least three types of waste, the establishment of five environmental education actions. This distinction rewards good management of the environment, waste and water.

ACTIVITIES

Nearby activities are numerous and varied:

The house is the starting point of beautiful cycle paths along the ponds and ancient salt marshes and crisscross the woods of Aresquiers, a forest by the sea.

Hikes in the hinterland, kite-surfing on a reference site (club near the residence), kayak trips, at sea or on the Thau lagoon.
 
The port of Frontignan also hosts a sailing and a diving club aswell as a bike rental.
 
Horse and pony rides are also offered at the woods of Aresquiers, at the edge of the ponds and the Canal du Rhône. A boules pitch is located in the residence. Nature, cultural and sports activities are offered all year round by the tourist office located at the port.
 
The city of Sète, "Venice of the Languedoc" offers a 10-minute drive a wide range of activities: gastronomical pleasures, meeting with the world of fishing, traditional games, thematic visits around Brassens, musical nights at the rhythm of its numerous renowned festivals.
