The House
Between the sea, ponds and pine forests .... welcome to Frontignan-plage.
Ideal for up to 4/5 people, the house of about 40 m² is located 30 meters from a sandy beach in a quiet residence, lulled by the song of the waves.
The accommodation offers in particular a shaded and sheltered terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with a sea view), a main room with living room and integrated kitchen, free WIFI connection, flat screen TV with bouquet of channels and a private parking space secure, right in front of the accommodation.
The house has been renovated and fitted out with a permanent concern for comfort with quality equipment and materials that give pride of place to wood.

In the main room: three-seater sofa (non-convertible), bistro table, flat screen TV, integrated kitchen with wooden worktop, recent appliances (multifunction electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric plancha, washing machine) crockery, ceramic hob, piston coffee maker + electric filter and Senseo machine, kettle and toaster, washing machine).
Upstairs, two bedrooms designed to accommodate 2 adults and up to 3 children .
Bedroom with sea view: a double bed 140 x 190 cm with slatted base with wardrobe and chest of drawers
Independent bedroom in closed mezzanine with Velux window: 2 80 x 190 cm slatted beds and 1 comfortable extra bed (fold-out armchair in Bultex), bedside table and shelves
Duvets, bedspreads and pillows are available. The supply of a complete set of household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is optional.
For the comfort of your children, equipment is available:
1 bath lounger, 1 chair booster, 1 baby high chair, 1 WC reducer, 1 pot.
The paved terrace of around 18m2, not overlooked and fenced with a wooden palisade and a low wall, is ideal for young children. Sheltered from the wind, it has a wooden garden table with chairs, a wooden bench and an electric roller blind. The exterior is completed with an electric plancha, 2 deckchairs and a rocking chair.
An ideal location
The house allows a peaceful stay while being 5 minutes walk from many shops open for the most part in season, from Easter to All Saints' Day (restaurants, bars, mini-market, wine cellar, tobacco, souvenirs, ready-to-wear , beach items fishing store).
The little extra: the baker moves in season in front of the bowling green, a few meters from the house in the morning around 10:30 am.
The accommodation is suitable for holidaymakers, spa guests, festival-goers and sportspeople, but also for people on an internship or starting a professional activity in the vicinity of Montpellier.

The beach
The residence is located on the Lido de Frontignan, a strip of land - cycling - which stretches for kilometers between the Mediterranean and ponds, sanctuaries popular with birds, so these adorable neighbors are the flamingos.
On this coastline preserved from massive urbanization, the beach of the residence is located near that of Aresquiers, devoid of any construction.
Dogs, even on a leash, are prohibited on all beaches in the town 24 hours a day from May 1 to September 30 inclusive.

Activities
There are many and varied leisure activities nearby:
The house is the starting point for pretty bike paths that run along the ponds and old salt flats and crisscross the Aresquiers wood, a forest by the sea.
Hikes in the hinterland, kite-surfing on a reference site (club near the residence), kayak trips, at sea or on the Etang de Thau. The port of Frontignan also hosts a club sailing, a diving club and a bicycle rental. Horse and pony rides are also available in the Bois des Aresquiers, at the edge of the ponds and the Rhône canal. A boules pitch is located in the residence. nature, cultural and sporting activities are offered all year round by the tourist office located at the port. The town of Sète, "Venice of Languedoc" offers a wide range of activities 10 minutes by car: pleasures of gastronomy, meeting with the world of fishing, traditional games, thematic tours around Brassens, nights of music to the rhythm of its many renowned festivals.
